Paying tuition

How payment works.

Tuition is divided into two terms, academic and summer. Families may pay a term in full before the first day or in equal monthly payments through FACTS, the school’s tuition management system.

Monthly payments

Fees are collected one month in advance and are due on the first school day of each month. Payments received after the fifteenth are assessed a $50 late fee, and a child may not attend until the account is current.

Late pick-up

The school closes at 6:00 PM. Pick-up after 6:00 PM is assessed at $15 for every fifteen minutes, or part of fifteen minutes, and is added to the monthly bill.

Withdrawal and schedule changes

Unused prepaid tuition is reimbursed when families give two weeks’ written notice of withdrawal. Schedules can be changed at any time with two weeks’ written notice, as long as space is available.

Tax credit

IRS Publication 503, Child and Dependent Care Credit, may apply to your family. Tax or flexible spending receipts are provided on request with 24 hours’ notice. Ask your accountant how it applies to you.
